Is the use case suitable for an initial pilot?

• The organization has a recurring trade-document or review-preparation workflow with visible manual reconstruction work.
• A named human reviewer or process owner will retain decision authority throughout the pilot.
• The first pilot can be limited to one case family, one document set, and one review purpose.
• Anonymized, synthetic, or previously closed case material can be used before any live integration is considered.
• The organization is willing to measure preparation time, evidence gaps, conflicts, provenance quality, and reviewer usability.

Information to prepare for the application

• Describe the organization type and your role without naming confidential customers or transactions.
• Describe the current workflow from source-material receipt to human review handoff.
• Identify the most expensive reconstruction step, repeated question, or evidence gap.
• Estimate case volume, document families, participant roles, and review cycle time using non-confidential ranges.
• Propose two or three measurable pilot outcomes, such as reduced preparation time or clearer source traceability.

Boundaries for the first engagement

• The pilot is review-only and non-approval; authorized humans retain all lending, legal, risk, and commercial decisions.
• There is no payment, settlement, repayment, token movement, chain submission, registry mutation, or capital execution.
• There is no live connector write-back or external delivery from the review workspace.
• Source artifacts remain distinct from extracted facts, interpretations, and human-confirmed conclusions.
• The pilot reports unresolved gaps, conflicts, failure modes, and uncertainty instead of manufacturing completeness.
