Review Readiness and Trade Handoff

A bounded pathway for preparing a coherent trade case, exposing unresolved issues, and producing a review-only handoff package.

Review readiness describes the quality of preparation, not the outcome of a decision. A case is review-ready when an authorized reviewer can understand the transaction, trace material claims, see conflicts and gaps, and identify decision authority without rebuilding the case from scattered files.

This pathway remains review-only, non-approval, and non-execution. It performs no funding approval, payment, settlement, repayment, token movement, chain submission, live connector delivery, or capital execution. The tools help prepare and inspect a handoff; they do not decide or execute it. Organizations with a bounded, public-safe pilot scenario can also use the design-partner application tool without posting confidential trade data.
